Last March 25^th, Waterwall Systems announced that selected as a supplier of the "Cloud Computing Support Program 2022" organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National Information and Communication Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA). The program provides consulting on the building, supporting conversion, plus service fees of the cloud service for small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners nationwide to promote digital transformation. It distinguishes between intensive support (maximum KRW 50 million) and general support (KRW 15 million) in consideration of the size of demand companies' use (however, the beneficiary pays 20%). Selected companies can receive support for introducing ERP (financial management), groupware or security solutions, etc., by using cloud servers. Waterwall Systems announced that it would supply its internal information security solution (DLP), Waterwall™ v6.0, in this program. Waterwall™ is a data loss prevention (DLP) solution that prevents core data or personal information etc., from being illegally stolen and leaked by insiders. The company has been specializing in and developing only DLP solutions for more than 20 years and currently has more than 1,300 customers worldwide. In particular, the company received attention because of selected as the first supplier of DLP solutions in this program. An official from Waterwall Systems said, "Through insiders, significant data in companies may be leaked both large and smaller enterprises," and added, "We will continue to assist companies having difficulty introducing security solutions based on various support programs."
